1. Introduction

Repete Partners (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a fractional HR advisory firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information transparently and responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website (repetepartners.com), use our booking tools, or communicate with us — and how we use, store, and protect that information.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Booking and scheduling information: When you book a discovery call through our scheduling tool (Google Calendar appointment scheduling), you provide your name, email address, and any information you include in the booking form. See Section 5 for details on third-party services.
  • Email communications: When you contact us by email, we retain your email address and the content of your messages.
  • Client information: If you become a client of Repete Partners, we will collect additional business and personal information necessary to deliver our services. This is governed by a separate services agreement, not this policy.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (city/region level — not precise location).
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. See Section 5 for details.
  • Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enable analytics and basic site functionality. See Section 6 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
  • To communicate with you about our services.
  • To deliver fractional HR services to clients.
  • To analyze website traffic and improve our website and marketing.
  • To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Email marketing: If we send promotional or marketing emails, each email will include a clear unsubscribe mechanism in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also opt out at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 13. Note: Transactional emails related to a booked appointment or active client engagement are not marketing emails and are not subject to opt-out.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party tools including Google Calendar appointment scheduling, Google Analytics (website analytics), Gmail (email), and HubSpot CRM (client management). These providers access only information necessary to perform their services. Where required, we maintain data processing agreements (DPAs) with these providers. They are also bound by their own published privacy policies, linked in Section 5.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Repete Partners or others.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to notify affected individuals of any such change.
