I’m Brian Peters, founder of Repete Partners and a SHRM-SCP certified HR professional with 11+ years of experience building and running HR programs for growing businesses. I hold a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology — which means I bring both academic rigor and real-world experience to every client engagement.
I started Repete Partners because I kept seeing the same thing: capable business owners carrying real HR risk simply because they didn’t have the right support in place. Too small for a full-time hire. Too exposed to go without.
Repete Partners exists to close that gap. The name reflects the core belief behind everything we do: that great HR isn’t a one-time fix. It’s a continuous practice of getting better — hiring better, managing better, building better.
I’m based in Raleigh and work primarily with businesses across the Triangle — close enough to show up in person when it matters.

Will you replace our current HR person or software?
